THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED!
THANKS TO ALL WHO ENTERED.
Welcome to my stop on the Giving Thanks Quilter's Blog Hop Party.
Before I share the giveaway, I'd like to show my most recent finish.
I'm calling it Sweet Baby Tula.
(36" x 42")
This little quilt is a smaller version of a larger one that I made for an upcoming
quilt show. Not sure how to quilt the larger one, I decided to use the leftover
blocks to make a smaller version that I could practice my quilting ideas on
without worrying about messing up and having to rip out stitches.
Here is a closer look at my feathers! I'm no master longarm
quilter but I think I do a pretty good feather.
I know the quilt above looks a little wonky but I swear it's not. Cameras do funny things
to objects when they are not laying perfect flat and/or blocked. And to prove it,
here is a photo of the quilt after it was quilted and before it was washed.
Now for what you came by for...the GIVEAWAY!
Since the winner of my last giveaway never responded...I'm giving away her stuff!
Up for grabs is "101 Fabulous Small Quilts," an Olfa Splash and a
Seam-Fix seam ripper. The lucky winner will ALSO receive a
40-piece Charm Pack custom made from my stash to go along with the book.
For a chance to win, simply leave me a comment telling me what style of quilter
you are (traditional, modern, arty, somewhere in between) and what fabrics do you most
like to use (Civil War, 30's, batiks, modern...maybe a favorite designer).
If you don't answer the questions, you don't get the charms.
This giveaway is open to EVERYONE. It doesn't matter where you live.
Just make sure I have a way to contact you. "No reply" commenters that
do not leave their email address are not eligible for the giveaway.
On Tuesday, November 26th, I'll announce the winner which
will be chosen via random number generator.
Good luck to everyone!!!

I follow via Bloglovin. Thanks!
Hmm, I've never had to classify my quilting style. Since I like all kinds of quilting styles I think I qualify as an "all around" quilter.
Sometimes I go for designer fabric lines, Sandy Gervais always seems to create patterns I like, other times I pick what ever looks good in the sale bin. :)
Hello! Thanks for the chance to win some goodies :). I follow your blog via BlogLovin'. I love Civil War repro fabrics as well as Modern fabrics. I guess I am a bit of a schizophrenic quilter, I love it all!

I like traditional quilts but I do like to use modern gadgets to get there sooner.
Chris
I love all styles of quilting but I guess I would be considered to be a traditional quilter. I love the modern fabrics and reproduction fabrics especially those prior to the Civil war era. But since I do lots of appliqué I use all sorts of different fabrics.
I follow with Google Friend connect and have you on my sidebar.
Exciting to check around for the blog-hop.Love to be a winner :))I am mostly a traditional quilter; at the moment I have just ordered more fabric from Sandy Gervais Christmas range, and I love all Joanna Figuera`s fabrics.

I follow with GFC and also think you're in my bloglovin! Thanks again.
Great modern sampler quilt! Love the colors. I consider myself a traditional quilter but I like to dabble with some of the modern fabrics as well.:) Great giveaway!

I've got your blog posted on my side bar of my blog...always have. I'm really starting to like modern quilts but my decor tends to be traditional and prim I guess.

I am an undefined quilter. I like my traditional quilts just as much a my modern ones, just as much as my novelty baby ones. About the only thing I can't do is wonky.
Oh, and I follow you on Feedly. I'm the only person in the world who doesn't like the Bloglovin interface!
Great giveaway! I think I'm in between traditional and modern though leaning more and more modern. I love batiks and anything with texture rather than large prints.
I'm all over the place with my quilting, I like piecing traditional blocks in bright modern colors and I've heard that's called contemporary. My favorite fabric is batiks.
I love your little quilt. I'm an "all round" quilter, like to make traditional quilts and to experiment with new things. I use bright fabrics with small pattern, old and new. Thanks for this giveaway.
I don't have any one style - play with it all as well as most types of fabrics - I do have to challenge myself to play with batiks more.
I follow with Google Follow.
I am mostly a traditional quilter, but I am learning more about modern quilts. I love almost all colors, and work with lots of different fabrics. My favorite is French General. Thanks for the giveaway!
I am a traditional quilter using predominantly repro fabrics spanning the entire century of the 1800's. But, I also have a weakness for novelty fabrics that I like to use in scrap quilts.

It's almost easier to say what I'm not. I'm not traditional nor am I modern but I do both and everything in between. I quilt what I like and I don't care what it's labeled. I feel virtuous when I use fabrics from my stash and I love to mix fabrics. While there are some designers I love, I generally buy what looks good to me and is strokable. Thanks.
I'd like to say I'm a Modern Traditionalist. Or maybe a I'm traditionally modern. I'm right on the fence between then two and I am in LOVE with that baby Tula Quilt!!! SOOOOOO gorgeous!!

I think I lie somewhere between traditional and modern on the quilting spectrum, though perhaps a little more towards the traditional. I gravitate towards bright fabrics and batiks, though for the right quilt I'll stretch my fabric choices. Thank you for the chance to win!
I guess I would be a traditional hand quilter...trying to learn machine quilting. I do love the new designers though...Baticks, etc.

Some of my recent favorite fabric lines are S'more Love, Wrens & Friends, Snap Pop, Simply Color, Winter's Lane. And I love batiks and blenders and novelty prints. How's that for a little bit of everything?

I like to use bright coloured fabrics of complete collections (matchy, match) in my projects.
Thanks for the chance to win!
Love your quilt! I'm working on the sew along to do all 100 blocks and as it nears the end I'm thinking about how to set all the blocks. I love how you've offset yours!
