I can't believe it's really done! This project was a real challenge...not because of the complexity because it was actually easy stitches and easy blocks to make but because of the shear amount of stitching this project required. For those of you that are new to my blog, the pattern is called "Vintage Trick or Treat" by Crabapple Hill Studio and the completed quilt measures 59" x 59".
Here's a close up of the last block.
I absolutely love how this project turned out. I'm not big on making quilts with a holiday theme. In fact, I can count on one hand the number of times I've made a holiday quilt. This one makes 3. In the end I'm really glad I made it. It was worth having an achy neck, headache, and sore fingertips every time I spent 8+ hours at a time stitching away.
What to do next? Hmmm......

Lovely!! Whose pattern is this?
applause, applause!!!! I love it, Monica! Way to go!
I *love* this! I looked at the closeup of your stitch work -- it's wonderful! :)
This looks wonderful! I've seen this made up one other time but they didn't have the pattern. I'm kinda glad they were out of the pattern because it's too much stitching for me...This would be a lifetime project for me. You did a great job.
I'm not much of a Halloween person, but this is an adorable quilt! Your stitching is beautiful. Congratulations on finishing!
Your work is just beautiful and now you have a fun treasure!!
Congratulations it looks great. I know what you mean at how much stitching is in Crabapple Hill patterns. I'm working on Hocuspocusville and I'm not sure if I'll do all 12 blocks or not.
Totally awesome, Monica!
I fell in love with this pattern the first time I laid eyes on it.
Oh no! I love it!!! I don't want to love it because I can't start anymore projects. Oh no! You gave the pattern name. Now I have to go search for it.
