Good day Quilters!
Fabri-Quilt. When contacted by Lisa and asked if I would
like to participate, I jumped at the chance.
Here's the star I selected! It has a very traditional
look but is pieced together in a much simpler way.
So let's get started!
And there you have it!
For a chance to win one of 3 fat quarter bundles of Marblehead Venetian Glass, sign up to follow Inspired by Fabric on their blog (using the "follow" button or the "follow by email" button in the right hand side bar) and leave an email letting us know you did, as well as telling us your favorite star block. You can leave a comment to enter once for each post during the Star Sampler hop (9 entries total). The giveaway will be open through Monday, March 17th at 11:59 EST, and we'll randomly pick 3 winners on Wednesday of that week.
Make sure you catch the tutorial for all the blocks in the sampler!

OK, I have followed this everyday and I must say, truly, this is my favorite star block. Oh, so pretty and stunning - what a great quilt this one block would make or to use at a larger size for a medallion quilt.
My favorite star block is the first one I ever made, the Ohio Star. I follow with GFC.
Just beautiful. I love your block. These fabrics really are gorgeous. Thanks!
This hop has been such fun!
Your block is my favourite Monica!
I love stars patterns.Your block is stunning and love your fabrics combo!!
I am a new quilter so I was happy to see easy blocks and more complex blocks so I can work my way up. This is a great project. I really like #3. I follow by e-mail. Thanks Again!
Monica, this is a beautiful block! I love how a complex-looking design can be so simple to make. Your tutorial is great. Could you tell me what type of program you used to create the diagrams? That's the missing piece for me - I need a graphics fairy! Well done and thank you!
I am following via facebook. Couldn't see where to sign up for email. Gorgeous star! Thanks for the tutorial!
Love this block...bookmarking!

Great explanation! Please, could you tell me the final size of the block?
